Returns & Cancellations

All custom pieces, including unworn items, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms

• Non–Karat Gold Pieces: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
• Karat Gold Pieces: Full payment upfront is required before production begins.

Revisions

Any requested revisions or alterations may be subject to additional fees, which will vary depending on the nature and extent of the changes. Requests made after production has begun may impact both cost and timeline.

Repair

If a piece arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us and return the item within seven (7) days of receipt. Upon inspection, we will make any necessary repairs and return the piece to you.

Adjustments

Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing and order details. If adjustments (including resizing) are needed after you receive your piece, we’re happy to assist. Please note that any additional shipping, resizing, or modification costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Materials & Natural Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the use of natural materials, variations in color, texture, stone inclusions, and minor irregularities may occur. These characteristics are considered part of each piece’s uniqueness and are not regarded as defects.

Photography & Social Sharing

From time to time, bespoke pieces may be photographed or modeled for archiving or social media purposes. If you prefer that your piece not be worn or photographed for personal, cultural, or other reasons, simply let us know — we will absolutely respect your wishes.

Design Rights

Eleuri retains the rights to all original designs. Custom pieces may be featured on our website or social platforms and may be reproduced by the designer for future use.
