Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy for refunds and a 28-day return policy for store credit.
This means items are eligible for a refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, and eligible for store credit when shipped back within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including box and pouch). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the necessary details to complete your shipment. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or engraved pieces

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original one. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
