- Kindly allow up to 3 business days for a response, as our small studio does not operate on weekends.
- We will work closely with you to create a piece tailored to your style and budget. Your piece will be handmade from start to finish in our studio.
- Our production timeline on bespoke pieces begins at 5 weeks. For details on active and up-to-date production timelines, please email us.
Important Notes
- Returns & Exchanges: All custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
- Adjustments: If any adjustments (including resizing) are needed after you receive your piece, we’re happy to assist. Please note that any additional shipping, resizing, or modification costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Photography & Social Sharing: From time to time, bespoke pieces may be photographed or modeled for archiving or social media purposes. If you prefer that the piece not be worn or photographed for personal, cultural, or any other reasons, simply let us know — we will absolutely respect your wishes.
- Design Rights: Eleuri retains the rights to all original designs. Custom pieces may be featured on our website or social platforms and may be reproduced by the designer for future use.
