Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following regions:

When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
The shipping date for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page.

How can I track my order?
If you have an account:
Sign in to your account and visit “Orders” to check your order status. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
If you don’t have an account yet:
- You can create an account using the same email address you used at checkout, and your order will automatically appear under "Orders.”
- Visit Track Your Order page, enter your order info to access your order status.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is packed. Please note that it may take a few hours for the courier to update tracking activity, and orders packed on weekends will be updated on the next business day.
Are Eleuri pieces good for sensitive skin?
Yes, all Eleuri pieces are crafted from sterling silver or 18-karat gold. They're nickel free, hypoallergenic, making them ideal for sensitive skin.
Does the piece come in gift-ready packaging?
Yes, each piece arrives in our box with your custom card, and tied gracefully with our silver ribbon. We also include protective outer packaging to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at contact@eleuri.com as soon as possible with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request. We’ll do our very best to assist you.
Kindly note that we process and ship orders quickly, so we can’t always guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.
