Order & Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please ensure your order and address details are accurate before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee any changes once placed.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following regions:

North America: Canada, U.S.A

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait

Asia: India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Maldives

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?

Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery, and we would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery.

If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the reshipment fees.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account:
Sign in to your account and visit “Orders” to check your order status. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

If you don’t have an account yet:
You can create an account using the same email address you used at checkout, and your order will automatically appear under "Orders.”

Tracking details are sent via email once your order is packed. Please note that it may take a few hours for the courier to update tracking activity, and orders packed on weekends will be updated on the next business day.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. box, APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarder?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. Shipments are also not accepted at APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding addresses.

Can I edit my order?

We’re unable to make changes to orders or shipping addresses once they’ve been placed, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your order, we recommend cancelling it and placing a new one. Please email us at contact@eleuri.com as soon as possible with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we’ll do our best to help.
