Items are eligible for a refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, and eligible for store credit when returned within 28 days of delivery.

Return Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (box and pouch included).
- Orders must be returned from the same country in which they were originally purchased.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved pieces
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Please note that customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label. Full return instructions will be shared once your return request is approved.
How do I return?
1) Sign in to your account and select "Orders"
2) Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3) If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4) Select a return reason and click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note that your return will be processed within 7 business days from the date it is received. A $15 handling fee will be applied to all returns.
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
What is the exchange policy?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order for the piece you prefer. For exchanges made through store credit, the $15 return fee will be waived.
